Carara National Park
This gorgeous natural sanctuary is home to approximately 48% of Costa Rica’s bird species, making this tour ideal for bird watching enthusiasts. There are 2 possible trails to explore each of them about 2 miles’ length. During your hike, the nature guide will stop to point out birds and give explanations about the different things you see along the way. One of the incredible highlights of the Cara national Park tour is the opportunity to see Scarlet Macaws flying overhead. After exploring the park, you will visit the Tarcoles bridge where you can observe the largest crocodile population of Costa Rica. This is a great time to get some story-worthy snapshots, so remember to bring your camera. A delicious home-style lunch will be served after the tour.
