Enjoy a fun, entertaining outdoor experience! In this chocolate workshop, you will head for a Museum devoted to cholate, where you can learn everything about chocolate and cacao. The museum has its own factory where chocolate is handmade daily from 100% Nicaraguan organic cacao beans. We will follow all the process to make chocolate from fermented organic cacao beans. We will learn how to roast, winnow, grind, mix, conch, refine and mold. At the end of the workshop you will leave with a sample of Nicaraguan chocolate made by yourself! This tour is perfect for families and can be easily combined with other fun activities.
