Today experience the thrill of a partial transit of the Panama Canal, a 100-year-old engineering marvel and massive modern construction project. The tour starts at the Amador Causeway where you will board the ferry for the start of your canal journey. You will enter the canal at the north end of the Gaillard Cut, one of the main points of interest for visitors because it was carved through the Continental Divide and is full of history and geological value. Your boat will travel the Cut on the way to Pedro Miguel Locks and will even see part of the Panama Canal expansion. Then continue to visit other locks and the Miraflores Lake. Lunch is included. After the tour return to the Marina and transfer back to your city hotel. Overnight at Hotel Las Clementinas 4*. Meals: B-L

Early in the morning get ready for an enchanting journey! Our adventure begins with a ride up the Gatun River in canoes, the Embera’s traditional hand carved boats. A large, fascinating and dense jungle will accompany you until you arrive at the Emberá Quera village, based on the banks of Gatun Lake. On arrival to the village, you will be taken back in time as you observe the ancient Embera’s dances and music that have hardly changed since Christopher Columbus arrived in the 1500’s. The tribe still lives in harmony with Mother Nature. During the tour, you will learn about the history of the tribe, its traditions, cultures, believes and handicrafts. After enjoying a traditional lunch, you will experience a traditional Emberá dance and may even get a temporary Emberá tattoo painted on your arm or leg, using an ink made from a local fruit. Overnight at Hotel Las Clementinas 4*. Meals: B-L
