Today go for a shared coffee tour in the property of the hotel. Established by Tollef B. Mönniche in 1922 and purchased by Alfred Collins in 1957, Finca Lerida is one of Boquete’s oldest and most traditional Coffee Estates. Because of its location (the Highlands of Boquete, on the foothills of the Baru Volcano), the soil allows this beautiful and traditional coffee to grow and become a premium mountain coffee. Lerida’s owner guided coffee tour takes you from the plantation through the process, roasting and brewing finishing with a cupping session.
Then continue with Canopy Tour: Glide through the treetops of century-old forests, high above the pristine rivers and waterfalls that make up the incredible collection of natural landscapes bordering the National Park La Amistad and the famous Baru volcano. The zipline has a length of 2 miles (3 km.) and it is divided into 12 cables and 14 platforms built in the middle of the cloud forest. You will enjoy an incredible adrenaline rush!
